DATE CHANGED Free sports physicals has been moved to June 17th PHS from 9am-12. PHS students will be able to get free sports physicals at the school. Physicals are required for all athletes and band members planning to participate during the 2022-2023 school year.
All athletes/band members are required to have an account with FamilyID.

Directions to get to our page:
- Create an account
- Type in 'Petersburg' and the state
- Should see Petersburg pop up- Click the link under 'program'
- Click 'Register Now'
- Complete all required fields
Make sure to upload BOTH sides of the physical to FamilyID.
